This is something I have never done, I hate begging or asking for money or help. Anyone who knows me knows that. But as everyone knows my Twin brother is currently going through kidney failure, will be needing to be put in dialysis and need a kidney transplant very very soon, I feel like I don't do enough as his sister in supporting him through everything even after spending countless nights at the hospital every time he goes. His Type of Kidney disease is not named. My twin and my oldest brother both have these issues that started when they were 5, cause for it to just randomly show up are unknown. The fact it only affected them and no my of my sister or me is unknown as well. The type if kidney failure was not named because no one in the country has what they have, countless doctors have been contacted in hopes of figuring out what triggered these problems and still trying to figure out ways to increase their lifespan. I am wanted to split this avi 50/50. 50% goes to my brothers bills and to pay for all his medical and the other 50% will go to the kidney foundation, I feel like I'd be doing a good job as a sister if I can help support my family and him We both will be 21 On July 7th, I'm just trying to find a way for him to celebrate if he ends up being in there past our Bday.

I never ask for help, besides when I found out he was in stage 5 and I needed someone to talk to who might understand. I really appreciate everyone messaging me, you all mean the absolute world to me. Words cannot describe how happy I am to have you all in my life and apart of my community.
